La settimana scorsa, complice la mia presenza a Catania, sono andato in onda su Radio Catania (FM 104.9, streaming sul sito, app Android oppure app iPhone)
Devo confessare che adoro andare in radio: un po’ perché credo – magari a torto – che sia ritenuto un mezzo negletto quando in realtà ha delle potenzialità inesplorate, soprattutto in questi anni di social media e fruizione asincrona (leggi podcast).
Un po’ perchè ho sempre desiderato fare il Dj, ma questa è un’altra storia.
La trasmissione di cui sono stato ospite è Catania Report Economia (tutti i mercoledì, dalle 19.00-20.30), condotta da Francesca Marchese e Carlo Lo Re, due bravi giornalisti che ho la fortuna di conoscere.
Ed è proprio il fatto ci conosciamo, che ha fatto si che fossimo tutti e tre presenti ad un evento molto interessante, ovvero la trasmissione televisiva Tiro incrociato, andata in onda su Antenna Sicilia, che ha messo a confronto i candidati presidenti delle elezioni Regionali Siciliane, e di cui ho avuto già modo di dire.
L’idea che è balenata ai due conduttori è stata – a mio avviso – piuttosto azzeccata: parlare di social media marketing, sia per quanto riguarda la politica (i social media applicati alla comunicazione politica) sia per quanto riguarda le aziende (social media marketing tout court), provando a fare un confronto.
Secondo me – ma sono di parte – ne è uscito un utile bignami delle strategie marketing in salsa social.
Niente di nuovo per chi è del settore: i mercati come conversazioni, il personal branding, la social media strategy integrata, la gestione dei commenti negativi sulle fanpage e così via, ma un’utile sintesi per chi si avvicina a questi temi.

Come molti sanno ieri è stato lanciato Huffington Post Italia, il celebre modello editoriale che mescola firme giornalistiche e blogger, sviluppato da Arianna Huffington ed esportato in molti paesi.
Il lancio è stato salutato come un cambiamento importante del panorama editoriale web – ma non solo – italiano, anche se non sono mancate le polemiche, alcune delle quali ritengo condivisibili, soprattuto se collocate in un contesto più ampio.
“Leader. Femminile singolare” è il ciclo di incontri promossi da Enel che si svolgeranno presso il MACRO a Roma.
Questo ciclo di incontri è aperto proprio da Arianna Huffington che sarà intervistata da Franco di Mare.
